Digital Products (No Refund)
Because our products (E-books, E-pamphlets, and E-posters) are digital and delivered instantly upon purchase, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the download link has been provided or the file has been accessed.
Cancellations
Orders for digital products cannot be cancelled once the payment is successfully processed and the digital content is delivered to your account.
Failed Transactions
If a payment fails but the amount is deducted from your bank, the refund will be processed by your bank within 5-7 working days. For any assistance regarding payment failures, please contact our support team.
Technical Issues
If you experience any technical difficulties accessing or downloading your purchased digital file, please contact us. We will ensure that you receive your file through an alternative method if necessary.
